We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregated, cookie-free site statistics (page views, referrers, general country). Cloudflare does not track individual visitors.

What we use it for

To respond to your inquiry about buying, selling, or any other question.
To keep a record of our conversation as part of routine brokerage record-keeping.
To send you relevant follow-up about homes that match what you told us you wanted.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information.
We don't share it with third-party advertisers or lead-generation companies.
We don't add you to a mass marketing list without your permission.
We don't set tracking cookies on this site.

How your information is stored

Contact form submissions are delivered to Charles's email inbox (Google Workspace) and logged in a private Google Sheet used for routine follow-up. These tools are access-controlled and only visible to Charles.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we have about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request" and we'll take care of it within a reasonable timeframe.

Spam protection

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated form spam. Turnstile is privacy-preserving and does not track you across the web the way traditional CAPTCHA services do.

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and revise the effective date above.
